Having grown up in Perth I still find the fact that so many buildings in Sydney are triangular in shape quite remarkable. There are just so few of them over there.
Here they are numerous, however, because of the city's uneven topography as well as the higher, denser population among other things.
The Burdekin Hotel is an absolutely perfect example of this phenomenon. That's why I got the shot below from this particular angle. It looks barely wide enough for patrons to swing a cat in!
