Recently at Bondi Beach I saw this Return and Earn collection point just near the Bondi Pavilion. Got a snap of it because I had never actually seen one before.
When it started they had all sorts of problems with it and it was widely seen as another State Government stuff up. To be honest I thought the whole thing had been discarded. But they clearly weathered the storm and kept on with it, as the photo attests.
